Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Accounts Officer to join our growing team. This role combines administrative support and financial management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for documents and contracts.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing official correspondence and agreements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Handle HR-related tasks such as maintaining staff records, leave management, and recruitment assistance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Should be punctual and reliable.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: Off
