Role Overview

HASH is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, developing strong customer relationships, and closing sales for our IT solutions, software services, Website Development and ERP solutions offerings. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT, Software, ERP, and marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests efficiently.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement of services.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven 2+ year experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dhivehi.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to type English and Dhivehi with excellent grammer.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: Off
