Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical support to our clients and in-house team. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assisting with system installations and maintenance. Since on-site visits are required, a valid driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
  • Support IT infrastructure setup at client sites.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Assist in deploying new hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Respond to IT support requests promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Travel to client locations as required (company vehicle provided).

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with common IT tools, antivirus, and backup systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: Off
