Position Overview

HASH is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and company profile development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our marketing and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print platforms.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for social media, promotional videos, presentations, and advertisements.
• Conceptualize and design company profiles, brochures, and corporate documents with a strong understanding of layout and branding.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Edit and enhance video content when required.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or related creative fields.
• Proven experience in designing company profiles, marketing materials, and motion graphics.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and animation work

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Strong capabilities in motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing.
• Experience in creating corporate profiles, brochures, and presentation designs.
• Knowledge of layout design, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling principles.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital design trends.
• Understanding of video formats, compression, and rendering workflows.
• Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D (added advantage).

• Experience with 3D animation or advanced motion graphics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

What We Offer

• Monthly Salary: MVR 15,000 - 20,000

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: Off
