We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Creative Director to lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality marketing and creative materials across multiple platforms. The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping the overall creative vision, ensuring brand consistency, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of visual and multimedia content including posters, video advertisements, flyers, digital assets, and printed materials. This role requires a hands-on creative leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
Creative Strategy & Direction
Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Define and maintain brand identity, tone, and visual consistency across all creative outputs.
Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative concepts and deliverables.
Planning & Production
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of creative projects from concept to final delivery.
Oversee production of marketing materials including video ads, posters, flyers, digital creatives, and printed assets.
Ensure all creative outputs meet high quality, performance, and brand standards.
Hands-On Creative Execution
Actively participate in videography, direction, filming, and on-site productions when required.
Create, edit, and finalize video content, including motion graphics, animations, and special effects.
Design marketing materials for both digital and print use.
Review, refine, and approve final creative assets before release.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and manage creative team members including designers, videographers, editors, and content creators.
Provide constructive feedback, creative guidance, and performance direction to the team.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, production houses, and freelancers when necessary.
Present creative ideas, concepts, and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the creative industry in a similar leadership or senior creative role.
Proven hands-on experience in:
Videography and video direction
Content creation and storytelling
Video editing, animation, and special effects
Graphic design for digital and print media
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
