Job Overview

HASH is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to join our team in Male, Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and developing Odoo ERP solutions for our potential customers. This role requires a combination of functional expertise and technical development skills, including Python and HTML programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Odoo ERP solutions for clients based on their business requirements.
• Conduct business analysis to understand customer workflows and recommend Odoo modules.
• Provide training and support to customers on Odoo usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementation, integration, and customization.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay up to date with Odoo updates, best practices, and new features.
• Coordinate with Developers to develop and customize ERP features based on requirements.

Requirements

• Proven 1 year experience in Odoo ERP, SAP, Oracle or Dynamics implementation and customization.
• 
Basic programming skills in Python and HTML would be a plus.
• Understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, Sales, etc.) is a must.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose efficient ERP solutions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in an ERP consulting or IT services environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.

• Experience with Odoo APIs, JavaScript, or PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Previous experience in enterprise software implementation is desirable.
