Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and original content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns
• Write engaging copy in both English and Dhivehi for posts, captions, ads, and promotional materials
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team
• Shoot and edit videos and photos for reels, TikToks, ads, and behind-the-scenes clips
• Generate ideas for creative campaigns and brand storytelling
• Stay up to date on content trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement techniques
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for reach and engagement
• Assist in brand building, event coverage, and campaign launches

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Dhivehi
• Creative thinker with a good eye for design and trends
• Experience with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is a plus
• Nationality: Maldivian

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: MVR 10,000 - 12,000

Working Hours
• Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: Off
