HASH is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in software development, ERP implementation, IT solutions, and business consultancy tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with our IT and software development teams, assisting with projects, troubleshooting, and learning about real-world IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & IT Solutions:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide basic IT support for internal teams and clients.
• Assist in setting up and configuring systems, servers, and applications.
• Research and recommend new technologies and improvements.

Software Development & Web Technologies:

• Work with the development team to assist in coding, debugging, and testing applications.
• Participate in website and software development projects.
• Assist in managing and updating CMS-based websites.
• Learn and apply coding best practices under the guidance of senior developers.

Cybersecurity & Data Management:

• Support in data backup and recovery procedures.
• Assist in monitoring security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Follow company guidelines for IT security and data protection.

ERP Software Implementation & Business Solutions:

• Assist in the deployment and customization of ERP solutions for clients.
• Work with the business consultancy team to understand client requirements for ERP integration.
• Support testing, training, and troubleshooting of ERP systems.
• Learn how to optimize ERP modules for finance, HR, inventory, and sales management.

Digital & Cloud Solutions:

• Gain exposure to cloud computing and enterprise IT solutions.
• Assist in integrating business automation and AI-driven tools.
• Support the IT team in optimizing software performance and security.

Requirements:

Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with programming languages (such as Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript) is a plus.
• Interest in ERP systems, cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
