Job Overview

HASH is seeking an Odoo ERP Consultant to join our team in Male, Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Odoo ERP solutions for our potential customers. This role requires a combination of functional expertise and technical development skills, including Python and HTML programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Odoo ERP solutions for clients based on their business requirements.
• Conduct business analysis to understand customer workflows and recommend Odoo modules.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet client needs.
• Develop custom functionalities using Python and HTML.
• Provide training and support to customers on Odoo usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementation, integration, and customization.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay up to date with Odoo updates, best practices, and new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.

• Basic programming skills in Python and HTML is a plus.

• Knowledge of Odoo development framework and database structures is a plus.

• Understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, Sales, etc.).

• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose efficient ERP solutions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in an ERP consulting or IT services environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or Business Administration.

• Experience with Odoo APIs, JavaScript, or PostgreSQL is an advantage.

• 2 Years of experience with Odoo is preferred.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: Off
