Position Overview

The Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies across HASH's service verticals. This dynamic individual will assist in managing the sales pipeline, oversee campaigns, support business development initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet company revenue targets.
  • Manage B2B and B2C sales activities across software services, digital displays, and IT solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    Marketing
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social).
  • Assist in content creation, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Manage social media platforms and support brand visibility initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams for promotional materials and campaign assets.
    Administrative & Strategic Support
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales and marketing performance.
  • Represent HASH at meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and alignment with internal processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in tech/digital/advertising sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Dhivehi.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Ability to travel within Maldives and internationally for business purposes.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and a self-starter.
  • Candidates with Driving License + own motorbike are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: MVR 15,000

Working Hours

  • Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: Off
